SUMMARY

INTRODUCTION

The Earth is dying. You take on the role of Telly, a robot who has been sent to distant planets to collect crystal samples needed to save humanity. Equipped with a jetpack and teleport system, you must escape an impending meteorite and evade dangerous obstacles in order to complete your mission, reach the spaceship and return home.

REFLECTIONS

This was the first game project during my time studying at The Game Assembly. Our task was to create an endless runner which became Planet Hopper.

My role in this project was mainly level design but also general game design. In conclusion it was a fun first game project to begin with and I discovered how important the discipline of level design is in being a crucial point of contact between all the other disciplines and keeping a good vision of the final game.
